Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CXPort. CXPort is a SaaS customer messaging platform operated by Ehab Mesallum.

Effective date

August 27, 2026

1. Using the service

By creating a workspace or using CXPort you agree to these terms. If you use CXPort on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

2. Business account responsibility

The business that owns a workspace is responsible for the workspace, for the accounts and messaging services it connects, for the content it sends, and for keeping its credentials secure. The business is responsible for having the right to message the customers it contacts through CXPort.

3. Authorized users

Workspace owners and authorized administrators manage member access according to the roles and permissions available to them. The business is responsible for the actions of the members it invites and for removing access when a member should no longer have it.

4. Third-party services

CXPort works with third-party services such as WhatsApp Business and Meta platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and they may change, restrict or suspend their services independently of CXPort. CXPort is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified as a partner of Meta.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content prohibited by a connected platform.
  • Do not use CXPort for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or deceptive activity.
  • Do not attempt to access another business's workspace or data, or to bypass access controls.
  • Do not interfere with, overload, or reverse engineer the service.

6. Availability and changes

CXPort is an actively developed, early-stage service. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted data arising from your use of the service.

8. Suspension for misuse

We may suspend or restrict a workspace or a user account where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached, where a connected platform requires it, or where continued use poses a security or legal risk.

9. Termination and data

A business may stop using CXPort at any time and may request termination of its workspace and deletion of related data. See the Data Deletion Request page. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are materially breached or where continued access creates a security, legal, or platform-policy risk.

10. Contact and changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service evolves; the current version is always published on this page. For questions, contact us at support@cxport.net or use the contact section on our home page.
